Abstract

This study is to know the differences between patients at public hospital and private hospital based on gender, age and level education. This study was held at Public and Private Hospitals in Around DKI Jakarta 2013.This study used cross-sectional with population 20 to 50 years old.Data was analyzed by Chi-square test to see the significant value. Study result showed that there were differences of the patients  satisfaction . Depend on all factors related to age, sex, and level education. Age and level education, have significant differences on patients satisfaction. However, sex has no differences
