GAMBARAN PENDAPAT FISIOTERAPIS TENTANG KESELAMATAN PASIEN DARI ASPEK KERJASAMA DAN PELAPORAN KEJADIAN PADA BEBERAPA RUMAH SAKIT DI DKI JAKARTATAHUN 2013

Abstract

Patient safety is an important measure in assessing the quality of health care in hospitals and is the topic of global public health. teamwork and event reporting is important aspects in assessing the quality of patient safety. This study to describe the physiotherapist opinion about patient safety from teamwork and event reporting  aspects in several hospitals in Jakarta in 2013. This study is a cross-sectional or transverse pieces that take data simultaneously between the variables that will be made description. Description of patient safety is considered that aspect of teamwork and event reporting. Description of physiotherapist opinion about patient safety on teamwork more than the average to above or categories with a frequency of 49 (47.1%), whereas As for event reporting more than - average to above or both categories were 62 (59, 6%).
