Abstract

Good service is very helpful in order to retain customers. Consumer who are not satisfied will move into the costumer competitors. However, associated with efforts to improve the quality of physiotherapy services it is still a lot of obstacles so that one of the ways that are expected to assess the quality of physiotherapy services by looking at the level of patient satisfaction according to the clinical aspects of the applied sector in hospitals and clinics agencies. Surveys research using cross sectional. In this study, the unit of analysis is the pateints affairs Hospitals, private hospital and clinics given independent physiotherapy services. Where appropriate study using 90 subjects inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results obtained from this research that patient satisfaction according to the clinical aspects of patients who were satisfied with the percentage of 53% compared with patients who were very satisfied with 46% only. From the results of patient satisfaction  according to the characteristic of the clinical aspect of physiotherapy that 53.3% of correspondents.
