Abstract

This study aims to look at the picture of satisfaction outpatient physiotherapy services unit in Jakarta Area in 2013. This research method is the "cross-sectional" slices crosswise or retrieve information simultaneously among the variables that will be made a description and analysis of the relationship between the independent variables, the level of education of the patient and the dependent variable is the patient satisfaction based physiotherapy service. It is known that more than half of the sample data that there is still a lack of interest in re-visit again on physiotherapy services in hospitals and clinics in Jakarta and surrounding. Users physiotherapy services more patients Women (57.8%) than in male patients with (42.2%). All data samples satisfied the above three attributes of satisfaction. It can be said that more outpatient physiotherapy services that have low satisfaction with (68.9%) on the attribute 1, about the satisfaction to recommend physiotherapy services to families and relatives, n = 55 (61.1%) on the attribute 2, about satisfaction to make a return visit to the physiotherapy service, and n = 65 (72.2%) in the three attributes, namely the satisfaction of the technical skills of physiotherapy service.
