Abstract

This study is to determine differences in social personal development of children aged 36-71 months based on the participation of children in early childhood education in Rumpin village, Bogor regency in 2014. This study is a further analysis of 256 children aged 36-71 months as respondents based on previous research, entitled "Brain Development and Growth and Factors Affecting in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta and Rumpin village, Bogor Regency Year 2014" which using a cross sectional study design. Interviews have been conducted using a questionnaire about the child's education history and social personal development tests using Battelle Developmental Inventory. It was found that the results of the analysis of differences in social personal development of children aged based participation of children in early childhood education to children aged 36-47 months p = 0.186, children aged 48-59 months p = 0.445, children aged 60-71 months p = 0.177. From the overall data showed p> 0.05. There is no difference between the education of children with a history of social personal development of children aged 36-71 months. Social personal development of children aged 36-71 months in this study tend to be normal.
