Pengaruh Intervensi Refleksologi Pada Lanjut Usia 60-72 Tahun Terhadap Perubahan Kadar Gula Darah Puasa Dan Tekanan Darah Di Desa Puraseda Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor Jawa Barat Tahun 2017

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reflexology intervention on blood pressure in the elderly aged 60-72 years in Puraseda Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province in 2017.Methods: The study used a quasi-experimental study method with pre and post designs in the elderly group aged 60-72 years with a total of 20 samples that matched the inclusion and exclusion criteria to see the effect of reflexology intervention on blood pressure.Results: The results of this study showed that reflexology intervention had no effect on blood pressure (p > 0.05) but there was a change in the mean blood pressure before (systolic 134mmhg ± 21.1 & diastolic 82.50mmhg ± 9.1) and after (systolic 128mmhg ±9.1 & diastolic 81.50mmhg ± 9.8) reflexology intervention was performed.Conclusion: reflexology intervention has no effect on blood pressure in the elderly 60-72 years in Puraseda village, Leuwiliang sub-district, Bogor district.
