Objective: To examine the effect of reflexology intervention on reducing anxiety levels and stress levels in the elderly in Puraseda Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency in 2017. Methods: This study was quasi experimental with pre and post design group aged 60 –72 years old based on inclusion and exclusion criteria to see the effect of reflexology intervention on the level of anxiety by using instrument of Generalized Anxiety Disorder Screener 7 (GAD-7). Results: Wilcoxon test results obtained a significance value of 0.003 (p < 0.05), 11 subjects with a decreased level of anxiety, 2 subjects with an increased level of anxiety, and 7 subjects with a fixed level of anxiety. Statistically showed a significant difference. And the results for the stress level. This paired test test obtained a significance value of 0.008 (p < 0.05) with an average stress level value before the intervention of 13.15 and an average stress level value after the intervention of 6.95. Where from the results before the intervention and after the intervention there was a difference of 6,200 indicating that most were normal or good. So the results indicate a significant and statistically significant change. Conclusion: There was a significant decreasing effect with p value = 0.003 (p < 0.05) between reflexology intervention on anxiety levels in the elderly, the frequency value was obtained before the intervention, 25% experienced mild anxiety, 5% experienced moderate anxiety, 15% experienced anxiety severe level while after the intervention there was a decrease in the level of anxiety, with the result that 100% experienced normal level of anxiety. and Showing significant results before and after giving reflexology intervention. The average stress level results in the study before the intervention was 13.15 ± 8.75, in the post-intervention study the average stress level was 6.95 ± 3.47. After the reflexology intervention there was a change in the value of the stress level status
