Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine changes in blood pressure and pulse rate during the 5-week elderly program in the elderly aged 60-72 years in Barengkok Village in 2017. Methods : The study used further analysis of the quasi experimental study with pre and post design in the elderly group 60-72 years with a total of 20 samples that matched the inclusion criteria and exclusion to see changes in denyut nadi after 5 weeks of elderly exercise in the elderly aged 60- 72.Result : The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the average systolic value before the elderly exercise intervention 137.6 ± 18.8 with and the average systolic after the elderly exercise intervention is 124.1 ± 16. However, statistically the changes from each session are not significant. with each value p = 0.97 , p = 0.36, p = 0.21 on systolic blood pressure. The average diastolic value before the elderly exercise intervention was 88.2 ± 12.8 and the average diastolic blood pressure after the elderly exercise intervention was 81.1 ± 7.8. The results of the diastolic blood pressure were not statistically significant with each value of p = 0.66, p = 0.71, p = 0.10. And there was a change in pulse rate before the intervention was 80.7 bpm ± 6.6 with a confidence level 95% (95% CI) between 77.28-84.13, monev-I pulse rate 82.7bpm±6.5 with a 95% confidence level (95% CI) between 81.77-88.46, monitoring and evaluation pulse -II 82.7bpm±6.5 with 95% confidence level (CI 95%) 79.35-86.07, pulse after intervention 78.7bpm±10.1 with 95% confidence level (CI 95%) between 73 ,57-83.96. The results obtained before with monev-I were significant with p=0.002 (p<0.005), monev-I with monev-II were not significant at p=0.209, and monev-II with after intervention p=0.209.Conclusion : There is a Change in Blood Pressure in the Elderly During the 5 Weeks Elderly Gymnastics Program obtained p=0.97 in the systolic pressure data before and monev-I, p=0.36 in the monev-I and monev-II, p=0.21 in the monev- II and after intervention. and There was a change in pulse rate before intervention with monev-I which was statistically significant, there was a change in pulse rate in monev-I with monev-II and monev-II with post-intervention but not statistically significant. There is a change in each session in pulse rate after elderly exercise in the elderly 60-72 years in Barengkok Village.
