Abstract
Purpose : This study aims to describe this research aims to determine the relationship between low birth weight babies (LBW) depression and sleep quality of mothers who have children under five in leuwiliang in 2019.Method : This study is an analysis of 200 depressed mothers who have toddlers in Leuwiliang District as respondents, based on a previous master study entitled "Overview of Health Conditions of Pregnant and Growth and Child Growth Ages 0-60 Months (toddlers) in the Village with the Largest and Smallest Subject Population in the District Leuwiliang in 2019Results : From the results of the study, it was found that the relationship between low birth weight with depressed mothers who have toddlers correlated very low with r = - 0.351 and statistically there was a significant relationship where p = 0,000.Conclusion : It can be concluded that there is no relationship between low birth weight babies born with depression in mothers who have toddlers. This is probably due to other factors that influence depression in mothers who have toddlers, namely: environmental factors, psychosocial factors, fatigue of the mother caring for her baby, education, child's history, and social support.
