Abstract

Autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by differences in communication and social interaction. This study aims to activate the effectiveness of sports interventions for autistic children. The method used is literature observation, by searching for references using the PICO method in the Google Scholar database over a period of 10 years. The author found 7 journals, 4 of which could be studied. Exercise-based interventions for balance are often used as an effective way to treat autism. The results of the 4 journals analyzed showed that exercise had an effect on improving balance in autistic patients, with an intensity of >15 times and a p-value of p>0.05 indicating a significant effect on children with autism disorders who deal with difficulties in growth and development, especially in social and behavioral aspects.
