Abstract

Indonesia is one country that is experiencing continuous developments in the field of health and professional performance of physiotherapy in Indonesia as a health care system, one of which includes the satisfaction of patients or clients to service quality physiotherapist. The higher the education of a patient, the higher the desires, hopes, and beliefs of the patient or the patient's family against any medical treatment. However, related to improving the quality of physiotherapy services it is still a lot of obstacles so that one of the ways that is expected to assess the quality of physiotherapy services. This survey using cross sectional method on 200 samples that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria with random sampling techniques and analysis chis square. In this study also used a patient satisfaction questionnaire. With a P value> 0.05, which means that Ho is accepted where there is no connection to the educational level of patient satisfaction category physiotherapy services in hospitals and clinics in Jakarta and surrounding areas in 2013. However, if viewed from the distribution spread of patient satisfaction categories by level of education patients, patients with high levels of education more likely to have the satisfaction of both low satisfaction n = 33 (49.3%), satisfaction was n = 39 (50.6%) and high satisfaction n = 29 (51.6%).
