HUBUNGAN ANTARA INDEKS MASSA TUBUH PADA WANITA LANSIA TERHADAP FLEKSIBILITAS LUMBAL DI PANTI WERDHA PSTW USADA MULIA DAN YAYASAN PANTI JOMPO PUSAKA 41 UNTUK WILAYAH CENGKARENG JAKARTA BARAT TAHUN 2012

Abstract

To determine the relationship between Body Mass Indeks on Flexibility Lumbal in woman elderly at nursing home PSTW Usada Mulia and foundations nursing home Pusaka 41 subistrict Cengkareng West Jakarta Year 2012. This research method cross- sectional to know relationship between Body Mass Indeks on Flexibility Lumbal in woman elderly at nursing home PSTW Usada Mulia and foundations nursing home Pusaka 41 subistrict Cengkareng West Jakarta Year 2012. The results of this study indicate that high weight (IMT ≥ 23.0 Kg/m²)  get the highest results in the value of flexibility below average ( <-1,5cm) the number of elderly people and values ​​as much as 25 percentage of 51.0% obtained results p Value 0.82. Relationship between Body Mass Indeks on Flexibility Lumbal in woman elderly at nursing home PSTW Usada Mulia and foundations nursing home Pusaka 41 subistrict Cengkareng West Jakarta Year 2012 had no significant relationship
