ANALISIS KELOMPOK MAKANAN DIETARY DIVERSITY SCORE (DDS) PADA REMAJA USIA 10-19 TAHUN (STUDI LITERATUR)

Keanekaragaman makanan menjadi elemen kunci diet berkualitas tinggi dan dapat dinilai menggunakan alat sederhana seperti Dietary Diversity Score (DDS). Skor keragaman diet (DDS) didefinisikan sebagai jumlah kelompok makanan individu dikonsumsi selama periode waktu tertentu. Mencerminkan kualitas makanan di rumah tangga atau tingkat individu. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah analisi kelompok makanan Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) pada reamaja usia 10-19 tahun di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini studi literature. Penelitian ini memutuskan untuk menggunakan 9 kelompok makanan. Cut-off skor keragaman pangan dalam menentukan status minimal yang memenuhi keragaman pangan remaja dan cut-off yang digunakan adalah 0-3 kelompok (Rendah), 4-6 kelompok (Sedang), dan 7-9 kelompok (Tinggi). Dengan skor DDS yang tinggi dikaitkan dengan lebih banyak konsumsi makanan dengan kepadatan Gizi yang lebih tinggi dan sehat yang akan membantu pertumbuhan pada remaja.
